Herb Marinated Lamb/Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts

– 4 Lamb/Pork chops or chicken breasts
– 1/3 cup dry red wine
– 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
– juice of 2 tangerines
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
– 2 tablespoons minced Chives
– 1 teaspoon chopped fresh Rosemary
– 1 teaspoon chopped fresh Thyme
– ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

 

Place Lamb, Pork or Chicken in heavy dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour; turn over to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. (Can marinate overnight in refrigerator).

Grill or Broil to desired doneness. Serve with fresh vegetables from your garden.
